Potential Issues:

  • There is less publicly available documentation and community support compared to other solutions and the feature set may lack some advanced features offered by other enterprise third-party e-signature platforms. SIGN Butler has great (but only a handful) of reviews on the Salesforce App Exchange, and it is not discussed and rated a lot across other different ratings platforms. It is best suited for organizations heavily invested in Salesforce and it may not be ideal for diverse tech stacks.
